Brian is first and foremost our “learning guru”. He specialises in analysing business challenges and provides pin point, customised training that delivers business results.

He is energised by creating learning programmes that allow and stimulate people to “discover” better ways to do things “together” and to realise the results, personally, collectively and for the company.

As a founder he has built the company up over 25 years and established us as leading global practitioners in experiential learning. Several clients have said that his understanding of their whole business exceeded their own.

Brian has created training solutions for: cross functional teams in Roche (input from >25 subject matter experts. This project was recognised by CLO Magazine as best practice in Global Training); for multiple business units in Nestle over some 15 years; for scientists in Quintiles and Pfizer, senior executives and restaurant managers in the Compass Group, factory managers in Ford, and high potentials and mid managers across some 25 industries.

Nigel is our Major Accounts Director. We are a “learning and development services” company and Nigel verges on being fanatical about exceeding every request for L&D help or advice on designing learning journeys for business critical projects and their cohorts.
(Ask Nestlé or Roche who Nigel has been supporting for 16 &11 years respectively.)

Always positive, always looking ahead and thinking laterally, Nigel works with the whole ProfitAbility team to ensure that clients benefit from the very best learning methodologies and technologies available, to incentivise people and to ensure their training is fun and effective and relevant to their business outcomes.

He’s an athlete for our clients and privately, having recently swum the Strait of Gibraltar – possibly the only grandfather to do so – and is frequently seen swimming tracts of the river Thames before work.

Nigel is also passionate about helping the next generation of entrepreneurs to be more business savvy as they bring their innovative ideas to market.
