This event is your chance to experience and evaluate two popular simulations; Magnetic Leadership and Business Essentials

Magnetic Leadership

The Magnetic Leadership simulation is designed to develop self-awareness, strategic thinking, communication, coaching and feedback skills. The simulation is used within the leadership development programs of multi-national companies such as Siemens, Nestlé, Harley Davidson and Telefonica. This is what they say about it:

'One of the most effective methods I’ve seen, to be topped only by experience'

Amber Bollinger, senior training and development manager, Saputo

'I have never been through a course that gave me so much insight into my leadership strengths

and weaknesses in such a limited time'

John Epperson, Risk Consulting Manager, Crowe Horwath, LLP

Business Essentials

This develops business and financial acumen for non-financial people. This is what people say about it

‘Absolutely superb!’

Nick Calder MC. MOD UK.

‘Utterly engaging’

Carole Still, Head of Entrepreneurship CULC

If you are passionate and responsible for leadership development at any level, then you should attend one of our workshops.
We recommend bringing a leader, or future leader, with you to give you the perspective of an end user of the programme.
Hosting complimentary versions of our business simulations and solutions is our way of providing you with the chance to experience the power of experiential learning for yourself.
No risk, no sales spiel. We will run the first decision round of the "off the shelf"/ generic versions of two simulations, so you are able to evaluate them for your organisation.
The day is also fun, and a great chance to network with other like minded professionals.
"I can see how this will help our groups" - The Prince's Trust
