“This is the best training I’ve ever experienced”

Most corporate training is boring, irrelevant or immediately forgotten. Our approach combines experiential and social learning to create immersive, lifelike and memorable experiences.

Participants learn in a few hours what might take months or years in their real jobs.
More Information

Let's get real.

AI is super-charging the creation of learning content, but the world does not need more content.

The provision of courses from corporate L&D functions is at an all-time high, but uptake from learners remains woeful.

New immersive technologies are enabling, at scale, more interactive learning experiences, but rarely do. these recreate the genuine complexity and messiness of real-world problems.

Genuinely social and experiential learning is needed to upskill human beings around the really critical issues, in lifelike ways.

Feedback

Here's a selection of great feedback we've recently received from clients and participants.
"It was brilliant to understand all financial considerations needed to make smart business decisions, especially pricing!"
Victoria Evans, Visible Value Participant, November 2024
"Making the talent strategy into a game allowed us to have a more holistic view on talent management and it is a good way to integrate it in our day-to-day management strategy"
Valerie Fontaine, Talent Game Participant, October 2024
"Really interactive and brought sustainability to life for each of our functions"
Damien Preece, Making Waves Participant, June 2024

Learn by Doing

This is the opposite of death by PowerPoint. Most training courses are high on theory and concepts, low on actual practice. This means you forget most stuff pretty quickly.

We create the scenarios for you to actually practise solving the critical issues - whether it’s leading a team through a challenging project or devising and implementing a new commercial strategy.

After just a few hours with us, you are prepared to implement what you’ve learnt back at work, because you’ve actually done it already.
PBS Branding FY2223 - Gamification vs GBL

Unpredictable & Competitive

Our games see participants compete in small teams against each other, not a computer.

They could be competing for customer orders, to attract the best talent or to secure the best supplier contracts.

Just like in real life, there is no single winning strategy in any of our games. Success requires participants to out-think competitors in a naturally dynamic environment.

This is game-based learning, not gamification!

Edge to Edge

All "future of work" forecasts point to emotional and social skills being as critical to future performance as digital and technical skills.

The deeply human skills will become the differentiators. And the ability to enable groups of human beings to collaborate and innovate effectively through extreme uncertaunty and disruption will be the critical success factor.

Social, experiential and game-based learning allows these skills to be assessed and developed in a safe, fun and relevant way.
